Description

The Program Manager, Workforce Compliance will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our compliance-based operations. This position focuses on strategic integration and process streamlining, working closely with the Director of Workforce Compliance to ensure that all processes are optimized and compliant with regulatory standards and to align integration efforts with overall business goals.

  • Builds relationships with internal customers and client groups and liaises with Human Resources partners to deliver consistent and high-quality customer service. Prioritize and organize multiple assignments and identify solutions to challenges as they occur in a growing environment.
  • Monitors and report on the progress of integration projects. Develop and implement strategic integration plans to streamline business processes. Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provides training and support to team members on new processes and systems.
  • Reviews and verify the credentials of healthcare professionals, ensuring all licenses and certifications are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Assists in developing training and documentation related to processes and audits. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and standards to ensure the organization meets all compliance requirements. Stays updated on industry trends and best practices in compliance and process optimization. Participates in, coordinates and implements special projects, as assigned.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. OR four (4) years¿ experience in Human Resources, HR Compliance, Quality Improvement, or related experience in hospital or closely related field with at least one (1) year in a healthcare facility. - Knowledge of Human Resources policy, regulations, and administration procedures. - Proven experience in process integration, compliance, and strategy. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools. - Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and project management skills. - Experience with coaching, validation and competency-based assessment programs. - Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design with demonstrated ability to educate others. - Proven ability to define objectives, establish priorities, and perform multiple assignments simultaneously within defined procedures and deadlines. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Certification as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) through the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) or certification as a Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP) through the Joint Commission. - Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience in activities related to compliance and/or quality improvement in healthcare. - Previous experience and/or training as a team leader and/or facilitator.
