Position Title: Consultant – HR Regulatory Compliance

Office Location: 81 bay 34th floor - Hybrid: every Monday and 1st Friday of the month

Duration: 6 months

Rate: $40.00 PH for Inc or SP. Less for T4
Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): Mon- Fri 9-5/8-4
Potential for OT? On approval by manager

Best vs average candidate: someone who can read and comprehend in Spanish, great attention too detail, strong research skills, previous law clerk experience would be ideal focused in employment law, analytical, can assess and organize large volume information, MS office experience, basic excel knowledge, strong a communication skills, someone who presents quality of work, someone who can manage large work load and can pivot quickly, quick learner.
Job Description: Documenting employment law requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Recommending regulatory requirements that warrant having control to mitigate regulatory risk.
Must Have Requirement:
1. Experience with employment law – 2 years
2. Previous experience as Law clerk – 2 years
3. MS office and Excel (intermediate) experience – 2 years
- Pivot tables
- Conditional formatting
- Functions (index, Sum, Average)
- Vlookups & Xlookups
4. Research and analysis experience – 2 years
5. Documentation skills – 2 years
6. Time and self- management
7. Strong communication skills
8. Attention to detail
9. Managing large volume of complex information & the ability to convey it to others, verbally & in written form
Nice to Have:
1. Experience in comprehending data in Spanish
2. Experience in HR functions
3. Working in a large organization
