The Role

This role will assist WTW construction clients by providing effective, innovative, and best practice risk control solutions to reduce losses and improve risk profile for insurance industry; provide advice to clients to assist them in complying with national and local safety requirements such as OSHA, MSHA, NFPA, and other codes. Area of expertise includes construction industry insurance risk reduction and safety management strategies – injury prevention programs, liability prevention programs, auto liability prevention programs, OSHA and DOT compliance, insurance carrier management, leadership training, and others.

In addition:

  • Possess sound technical knowledge of the casualty construction risk control industry – provides expert advice to our clients
  • Possess excellent communication skills – must be able to communicate advice effectively and confidently when participating in sales opportunities
  • Relationship Management – effectively manage client and internal customer relationships
  • A self-starter and innovator – proactively provide creative solutions to unique client issues, construction insurance knowledge/Risk Control background is preferred
  • Capable of managing people
  • Be capable of travel to client sites and workplaces via car and airplane
  • Possess strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.)
