Position Overview
Based out of our downtown Chicago headquarters, as the Reliability Compliance Analyst you will use attention to detail, technical writing, project management, and critical thinking to support Invenergy’s Reliability Compliance program. The Reliability Compliance Analyst provides support to the entire Invenergy fleet with emphasis on electricity generation regulatory requirements (NERC & IESO) associated with cyber security and real time operations.
Responsibilities
- Support a growing operating fleet with the demonstration of NERC cyber security (CIP) and real time operations (693) compliance.
- Serve as a Program Evidence Custodian and support GRC Application Administrator.
- Collect, organize, and synthesize technical data.
- Assist Internal Controls Program Administrator
- Compose statements to evaluate compliance with the applicable regulatory rule.
- Work with internal groups including Engineering, IT, Operations, and Asset Management to communicate changes or updates that require action from the projects.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of applicable NERC, ERCOT, & IESO standards
- Knowledge of IT/OT, networking, SCADA, and cyber security controls
- Knowledge of utility scale and/or renewable power systems

Ability to gain a comprehensive understanding of IT operations/security and power generation operations.
- Ability to acquire an understanding of the NERC Standards and apply the rules
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Power BI.
- Excellent organizational, technical analysis, presentation/facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Nimble and collaborative work ethic
