£61,600 - £77,000 + bonus (up to 15%) and single cover healthcare

As a Process & Compliance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our regulatory reporting and compliance processes are robust, efficient, and ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

What you’ll be doing


You’ll lead a team responsible for compiling and improving business reports, with a particular focus on the Regulatory Reporting Pack (RRP) and submissions to Ofgem.

You’ll coordinate across SP Distribution to ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance with licence conditions, while driving continuous improvement through tools like PowerBI and PowerApps.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and governance of the RRP for SPD
  • Managing regulatory submissions and ensuring compliance with licence conditions
  • Overseeing audit processes and implementing quality assurance measures
  • Supporting the Commercial & Performance Manager and wider SPD business
  • Driving improvements in reporting efficiency and accuracy
  • Leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports

What you’ll bring


We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, expert knowledge of financial and regulatory practices, and a proven ability to influence and drive change. You’ll be confident making high-level decisions, managing complex reporting requirements, and motivating teams to deliver results.

Essential qualifications and experience:

  • Commercial/Accounting qualification or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory obligations and accounting practices
  • Experience in business change and transformation
