Act as the global People lead for the ERICCA team, overseeing the HR pillars and managing dependencies as required
· Working with the Internal Controls team, coordinate the global attestations for as part of the Internal Controls framework (ERICCA) and collate required data. Collaborate with the Internal Controls team to embed the framework and ensure controls are in place and risks are managed.
· Analyse HR processes, policies and systems to identify control gaps and areas for improvement.
· Work closely with the Internal Controls team to ensure HR processes related to payroll, compensation, benefits and financial reporting comply with SOX requirements by implementing appropriate controls and documentation.
· Working alongside the Internal Controls team, conduct periodic testing and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and SOX compliance efforts.
· Collaborate with Finance, IT and Internal Controls to ensure SOX-related risks in HR processes are assessed and managed effectively, particularly regarding access controls, segregation of duties and data integrity.
· Conduct risk assessments to identify potential HR-related risks, including regulatory compliance, data privacy, employee relations and operational risks.
· Develop and maintain a HR risk register, tracking key risks, mitigation actions, and control effectiveness.
· Develop and maintain breach/remediation and attestation frameworks and associated operating processes and communications on a globally consistent basis
· Provide regular risk and control updates to HR leadership, Risk and Internal Control teams.
· Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HRIS teams to enhance HR systems and automation to reduce risks and strengthen audit trails.
· Lead remediation efforts for identified HR control deficiencies and track corrective action, ensuring timely resolution.
· Function as the first point of contact for HR privacy, data protection, incident management matters and ensure compliance with local legislation and global policies.
