Job Title: Contracts and Compliance Coordinator
Location: Cambridge/Hybrid
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum
Reports to: Sales Enablement Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Contracts and Compliance Coordinator to manage our contracting process and ensure we meet all legal, regulatory, and policy requirements. This is a key role for someone who’s detail-oriented, collaborative, and confident working across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and manage standard and bespoke contracts
  • Assist in negotiating terms and monitor contract performance and renewals
  • Ensure customer compliance with contract terms
  • Active monitoring of non-compliance of terms and conditions
  • Develop and implement compliance processes
  • Identify and address compliance issues and risks
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide compliance guidance
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support reporting and analysis

What You’ll Need

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  •  Some understanding of contract law and compliance principles
  • Ideally, some experience with CRM systems and working across teams

Desired skills:

  • Knowledge of handling and analysing complex data
  • Background/degree level in Chemistry
  • Legal qualifications
