Summary
The Contract Compliance Coordinator is responsible for all city compliance related to contract deliverables and audits and will interact with multiple departments including government relations, accounting, operations and sales to ensure Athens Services is in full contractual compliance with our municipal agreements. This position is highly visible and will work closely with management and executives.
Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee and coordinate of all city compliance deliverables
- Review municipal contractual compliance
- Reviewing city audits
- Maintain the Compliance Checklist
- Assist government relations on items related to franchise contracts, such as rate adjustments
- This individual is expected to maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality with the company records and information.
- Salesforce new system implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience contract related experience
- Outstanding analytical, organizational and oral/written communication skills
- Awareness of business trends
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations

Salary: $24.16 - $38.56
