SpendMend is looking for a Full-Time Contract Compliance Analyst to join our growing team.

The Contract Compliance Analyst reviews clients’ purchase contracts to identify key terms and criteria, performs research and gathers supporting documentation. Additionally, the Contract Compliance Analyst is responsible for loading data into software systems and performing detailed analysis to uncover risks and opportunities.

This role is perfect for a self-starting, results oriented individual with an accounting, finance or vendor purchase contract background who is looking to make significant contributions to a growing service line within our industry and organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes vendor purchase contracts and identifies key terms and criteria
  • Researches and gathers supporting data from multiple sources
  • Cleans, enhances and prepares data
  • Loads key terms, criteria and supporting data into software
  • Tests and validates data using standard reports and in-depth analysis
  • Analyzes data and looks for risks and opportunities
  • Prepares presentations of findings and participates in strategic planning
  • Maintains and updates master data repository
  • Prepares periodic business review reports
  • Ad hoc reporting
Requirements

Qualifications:

 

  • Hospital Supply Chain operations or Hospital GPO and auditing experience
  • 1-2 years relevant experience (accounting, finance, procurement, contract management) and/or
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or similar skill set
  • Must be computer literate with extensive knowledge and ability in the MS Office suite.
  • General understanding of contracts, compliance, and rebate concepts
  • Data entry experience with strong attention to detail
  • Must be analytical with strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Must be professionally minded and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
