Overview of the role:

We have an exciting new role in our North America i Gaming License Compliance team, for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, has great attention to detail and is looking to develop their career in Compliance.

You’ll be reporting into the Compliance Manager, in a team of five who are responsible for four I gaming licenses across North America (Ontario, New Jersey, Michigan and Pennsylvania) and all share a passion for supporting our business to ensure we meet our regulatory gaming license obligations.

This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to experience and develop your skills in a variety of i gaming license compliance activities, through supporting the Compliance team with regulatory engagement, regulatory reporting, managing access to our platform for external partners and developing and maintaining our Compliance Sharepoint Hub.

Our recently Leeds office is at the heart of our business. The 8-storey building has an onsite staff gym and cafeteria, two heated rooftop terraces, a dedicated gaming room and a staircase amphitheatre. The space brings all our teams under one rood in the biggest private letting office in Yorkshire.

What you’ll do:

  • Regulatory Engagement: You’ll play a key role in the success of the team through with internal stakeholders to oversee the regulatory approvals process for new game releases, technical changes, promotions and internal controls, ensuring all regulatory requirement are met and approval accurately recorded.

  • Regulatory Reporting: Providing reports to our regulator is a core part of what we do. You will be responsible for maintaining our regulatory reporting log, liaising with internal stakeholders to obtain regulatory reports for submission and coordination of queries from the regulators for resolution.

  • Platform Access Management: As part of our licensing obligations, we are required to provide access to some of our internal systems to our regulators and land-based casino partners. You will own and manage the Compliance related activities for the creation and maintenance of the roles in our system.

  • Compliance Hub: You will develop and maintain our Compliance Hub within Sharepoint. As a Compliance team, we have to ensure that our internal stakeholders understand the regulations and their obligations to ensure we are compliant with them. The Compliance Hub will be our key tool in achieving that.

What you’ll bring:

  • Highly organized, great time management & taking ownership of their work.

  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Competent IT, Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint knowledge.

  • Knowledge of Confluence an advantage.

  • Motivated & hardworking, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

  • Passionate about learning and gaining new skills.
