Position Overview:
The advisor, Product Compliance, is responsible for ensuring products meet global regulatory requirements. This role will lead product compliance measures and programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Research and stay updated on global regulatory requirements and industry best practices for product compliance.
- Collaborate with QA functions globally and stakeholders to develop compliance end-to-end processes and programs. Drive implementation, utilizing project management skills.
- Develop a risk-based prioritization for action to enable speed in decision-making in close partnership with stakeholders.
- Create standardized manuals and deliver training and automated processes for ongoing compliance management.
- Lead organizational action and communication regarding active regulatory and safety issues engaging key stakeholders.
- Secure that our chemical management program continuously meets customer expectations, global regulations, and company goals. Set, implement, update, and follow up on requirements, routines, methods, and guidelines related to chemical compliance of our products.

Let's Talk About You:
- 7+ years of product compliance experience in the textile industry
- Experience in leading chemical compliance programs is a must
- Education background in sciences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong understanding of general regulatory frameworks for textile products and chemical management expertise
- Project management skills, PMP certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of product development process and supply chain management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Ability to present technical information to a variety of audiences in a way that is easily understood
