What you'll do...
Join Financial Services Compliance to lead a team of Quality Assurance (QA) Managers for the world’s largest retailer. The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, Quality Assurance Team Lead role is responsible for managing team production, developing, and maintaining procedures to improve QA processes, and ensuring appropriate sample sizes are met. This role is critical to mitigating regulatory risk by ensuring Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) are filed appropriately, team feedback is valuable and consistent, and alignment is maintained with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Transforming processes and procedures for QA reviews
Helping to evolve the QA Program and Financial Services Compliance to mitigate regulatory risk
Identifying systemic trends within QA reviews and providing valuable feedback and recommendations for improvement
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

You are a subject matter expert in U.S. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and risk management practices, consumer fraud, and consumer financial protection requirements
You have experience spanning across financial industries focused on the consumer/retail customer, specifically with a Money Services Business (MSB)
You are process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness
You have experience drafting process documents and procedures
You have strong technical writing and analytical skills
You have strong communication skills to interact with and influence leadership and key stakeholders
You have experience conducting and reviewing investigations, providing valuable feedback, and can communicate findings both written and verbally
You have experience leading a team in a production environment
You are proficient in excel
You have experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrix environment
You have a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position.
