Make an impact as we strengthen our Cyber Digital Advisory practice with a Senior Consultant, focused on PCI and digital compliance. This diverse team of tech-savvy problem solvers enables clients to take a proactive and prepared approach to prevent cyber crime and capitalize on new technologies and innovations available with cloud solutions. As a subject matter expert, you’ll advise clients on data security and compliance to help prevent potential security breaches before they occur.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PCI DSS compliance engagements, including scoping, gap analysis, risk assessments, and reporting (ROC, SAQ).
  • Conduct digital compliance and cyber and privacy risk assessments, maturity assessments, and vulnerability evaluations across diverse environments.
  • Advise clients on security architecture, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements (PCI, OSFI, CIS, NIST and other industry standards).
  • Prepare and present professional reports detailing findings and remediation recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with clients to define payment systems, payment flows, and security controls across multiple channels.
  • Contribute to the development of security policies, processes, and technical controls.
  • Support business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor and assist in the development of team members.
  • Monitor project timelines and communicate status updates effectively.

Skills and Experience

  • Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in cyber security and compliance.
  • Preference given to candidates who possess CISSP, CISM, CISA, PCIP, and eligibility for PCI QSA certification.
  • Other relevant certifications in security and risk management are considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to lead complex engagements and manage client relationships.
  • Familiarity with IT security and governance frameworks (ISO 27001/2, NIST, CIS).
  • Knowledge of security concepts: network/application security, encryption, incident response, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and cloud security.
  • Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Security clearance is an advantage.
