Senior Analyst, Conduct Risk
Reporting to the Conduct Risk Manager for the Consumer Lines EMEA region the role holder will be accountable for the ongoing development and execution of conduct reporting and analysis to meet business line requirements for the EMEA region, in relation to conduct governance, product and conduct risk for consumer targeted insurance programmes. The role holder will also be accountable for coordinating and collating quarterly conduct information and preparing central management committee reports.
The role plays an essential part of Consumer Lines EMEA’s governance framework by identifying conduct issues and trends in conduct performance information and, through recommendation presented to central and local management, improve controls and customer experience while mitigating risk exposure.
The role also provides support to the administration and management activities relating to the Consumer Lines EMEA governance framework.
The role holder will have regular contact with senior management across EMEA and will be expected to use their skills and experience to influence these key decision makers to implement recommended changes.
The role holder will be adaptable to change, particularly important when applied to priorities and governance frameworks which can, at time, change frequently.
Meeting deadlines is a critical success factor for this role. Effective time management and flexibility are essential personal attributes the role holder must demonstrate.
