THE ROLE
The Safety and Compliance Administrator will provide ongoing driver and dispatcher support, maintaining compliance of industry regulations, insurance policies and organizational standards.
ABOUT YOU
Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have:
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong ability to effectively and efficiently record information in a database
- Knowledge of Hours of Service for drivers, MTO and DOT regulations an asset
Work experience in customer-facing roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: telecommunications, transportation & logistics, technical support, etc.
HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN
- Communication with drivers and carriers to obtain and provide information regarding safety and compliance
- Prepares compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information
- Provides advice, support, and tracking to drivers for the use and installation of Electronic Logs (E-Logs)
- Provides administrative support by conducting data entry of Commercial Vehicle Operator Registration (CVOR), CSA, E-Log, and various other information
YOUR COMMITMENT
- This is a full-time, permanent role
- Work in office from 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday
