The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the expanding Research Governance, Compliance & Risk team. The post holder lead on the activities of the Research Security and Compliance area of the team, providing expert advice and guidance on compliance with national and international security and export control legislation and the UK government’s Trusted Research agenda. The post holder will work with key stakeholders on developing and implementing policies, guidance and training to ensure that the University meets its regulatory and legal obligations and upholds its commitments to the highest standards of research integrity, governance and compliance.
You will work closely alongside other members of the team, professional service and academic colleagues across all Colleges and Schools, including the Edinburgh Research Office, as well as related professionals in other universities through established networks
