Role Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QMS & Compliance Manager to join our IT Service Management (ITSM) function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our Quality Management System (QMS) is effectively implemented and maintained, and that all processes and procedures are compliant with relevant regulations and standards. They will also support our ISO/Risk governance teams, in particular ISO9001 (Quality Management Systems) & ISO22301(Business Continuity Systems) supporting the ITSM function in creating, governing, and maintaining plans.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) inline with industry best practice and relevant regulations.
  • Support the ITSM Function in developing ISO9001/22301 models and documentation. Work closely with the OneAdvanced regulatory team to support compliance and certification.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO standards and relevant regulations.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the QMS and ISO models and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality objectives are met and maintained.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on quality, compliance and ISO matters.
  • Keep abreast of changes in regulations and standards related to quality management, compliance, and ISO standards, and ensure that the ITSM Function remains compliant.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality management, compliance, and ISO activities.

What You Will Have

    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the ITSM industry.
    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and compliance standards (ISO9001/2203. ITIL).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Certification in quality management or compliance (CQM,CQA) would be an advantage.
    • Process Improvement qualification (Six Sigma) would be helpful.
