Job Description

Miratech is seeking a Project Governance Lead to oversee a high-impact delivery engagement with a client. This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment with client objectives, compliance with governance standards, risk management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities:

• Define and implement project governance framework across all Pods.
• Act as primary liaison between client's executive stakeholders and Miratech teams.
• Monitor progress, performance KPIs, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with the client’s internal processes, including security and audit requirements.
• Mitigate risks and manage escalations.
• Support onboarding and engagement planning for Pods.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management or governance experience.
• Proven experience in enterprise telecom or large IT outsourcing programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery models.
• Familiarity with GCCX delivery environments (preferred).
