Why your Role Matters:
The People Insights Analyst – Quality & Compliance (QAC) is responsible for leveraging people data to facilitate compliance with and monitoring of legislative requirements and internal policies. This role focuses on providing data-driven insights to support the identification, analysis, and response to People & Culture (P&C) compliance issues. It involves generating meaningful reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform decision-making and supports compliance objectives being met.
This role reports to the Head of People Data & Insights, with a dotted line to the Head of People Quality and Compliance. Whilst the Head of People Quality and Compliance will direct the role’s workload and priorities, the role is supported by the People Data & Insights (PDI) team, which includes leveraging data-driven tools and systems to drive economies of scale and consistency, as well as facilitating knowledge transfer, guiding technical troubleshooting, and supporting quality assurance activities.
This role has no direct reports.
