The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced compliance operations lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be managing the compliance paralegals, ensuring that our online wills are reviewed within SLA, reflect clients wishes whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality.
You will also ensure LPAs are reviewed within strict timeframes within the team, and customers are made aware of any changes they need making - as well as then registering these documents with the office of public guardian.
Finally, you’ll be in charge of the team that ensures all wills sent for storage are accurately signed, and if not, working with customers to rectify this as soon as possible. Your expertise will give our clients confidence that their estate planning documents are both accurate and effective. We need a manager who can handle high volume workload, whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
