Position Summary: This position supports the ongoing compliance initiatives as set forth in the affiliate CRQM Program and all quality initiatives and standards as set forth by PPFA Accreditation Standards. The position reports to the Director of Regulatory and Compliance and the VP, IT and Facilities Infrastructure.
Essential Functions: • Support key business initiatives related to Information Security, HIPAA, HITECH, and other applicable regulatory requirements. • Perform and conduct audits to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements. • Assist in the tracking, development, drafting, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and best practices documentation. • Assist in the development, maintenance, facilitation, and tracking of HIPAA and Cybersecurity compliance training and education. Coordinate training needs and objectives within the organization. • Provide logistic and operational support for key information security and compliance entities and initiatives (e.g., Compliance, Risk & Quality Management Committee, regulatory surveys) • Maintain appropriate and required data, records, and other operational and regulatory report documentation. • Assist with various internal and external audits and assessments, and their responses and remediation efforts. Monitor progress and maintain documentation to verify corrective actions were fully implemented and effective. • Support PPHP’s Contracts and Agreements Workflow and vendor management efforts. • Promote adherence to the organization’s compliance program. • Provide support for ad hoc projects, assignments and other initiatives as needed.
Non-Essential Functions: • Regularly checks personal PPHP email account for important affiliate-related communications, at least every 24 hours. • Other duties as assigned by the VP, IT & Facilities Infrastructure and Director, Regulatory & Compliance.
Qualifications: Skills, Experience, Education and Licensure •
Bachelor’s degree in related field, three years of related experience
• Superior writing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Concurrently handle multiple projects and tasks.
• Perform detailed work accurately and take initiative to learn new tasks.
• Strong analytic, critical thinking, interpersonal, and technical skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information with discretion
$60,000 - $70,000 annual salary depending upon new graduate or years of relevant experience. Includes: extra shift incentive program, quarterly clinician incentive program, and an additional quarterly incentive program.
