We're excited to recruit for a Compliance Coordinator within our Compliance team for a duration of 6 months.
What you'll be doing
You'll support the Compliance Officer and Compliance Leads to ensure that all works relating to compliance are dealt efficiently. Taking ownership of compliance reports and databases so that compliance information is available.
You'll work collaboratively with colleagues, partnering contractors and specialists ensuring the delivery of a customer focused, cost effective, value for money service.
More about you. What can you bring?
You’ll have a NVQ Level 2 in either Business Administration or Customer Care (or similar/qualified by experience).
You'll have experience of working with mainframe database systems, knowledge of Keystone Asset Management systems. Servicing module (KSI) and Orchard housing management systems (Desirable).
You'll have a clear understanding of risk management and compliance and a comprehensive understanding of health & safety. Knowledge of areas of compliance that affect social housing stock and the required inspection regimes (Desirable).
Ideally you'll have demonstrable experience of working with internal and external customers such as contractors, agencies, partners and tenants.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £27000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
