Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and controls; update checklists and job aids as needed.
- Conduct ongoing AML/KYC reviews and ensure compliance with our partners regulatory requirements.
- Compile, maintain, and analyze compliance documentation, data, and reports for management.
- Test and audit compliance procedures, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
- Respond promptly to compliance inquiries and assist with rule interpretation.
- Supports ongoing business requirements and evaluates adequacy of policies, procedures, and training.
- Assess and document compliance program risks and controls; prepare status reports for management.
- Review and manage documentation, contracts, and processes for compliance.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate operational, financial, reputational, and regulatory risks.
- Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends; update policies and communicate changes.
- Develop and deliver compliance and risk management training to staff.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and other teams to manage risks.
- Investigate compliance breaches and risk incidents; document findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Support validation, stress testing, and scenario analysis of credit and risk models (as and when needed).
- Assess ESG risks, verify client ESG data, and request third-party certifications as needed.
- Ensure compliance with privacy laws and data protection regulations.

Education / Experience Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; ability to learn new software.
- Team player with ability to work independently.
Salary Range $55,000 to $72,000
