● Trading Risk Management: Lead trading risk management initiatives, ensuring that all trading activities are conducted within the company’s risk appetite and regulatory frameworks.

● Business Empowerment: Collaborate with business units to support new initiatives, ensuring alignment with both company objectives and regulatory requirements.

● Risk Oversight: Manage and oversee various types of risk, including market, credit, liquidity, operations, technology, new product, compliance, and wallet risk.

● Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all risk management processes are compliant with local regulations in UK and prepare for regulatory compliance in future European markets.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the compliance, legal, and product teams to ensure new product launches and business developments meet regulatory requirements while fostering innovation.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, law, or related field;

● 8-10+ years of risk management experience, particularly in a banks、trading or financial services environment.

● Proven experience in managing trading risk, with exposure to other risk categories such as market, credit, liquidity, and operational risk.

● Strong understanding of UK’s regulatory environment with experience in interacting with regulators.

● Ability to balance regulatory compliance with creative approaches to support business growth and development.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and able to adapt to Startups.

● Ability to communicate risk management strategies clearly and effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
