Job Summary

As a member of the Operational Risk Team for RBC Insurance, you will be working with the Team to achieve an optimal risk-reward balance that enables RBC Insurance leaders to attain their strategic objectives and prudently manage key operational risks. You will be helping to ensure that Operational Risk Management programs are implemented efficiently and effectively within Insurance.

Job Description

  • Assist in providing operational risk support and leadership to RBC Insurance businesses, to enhance their ability to monitor and manage operational risks effectively
  • Assist the team in working with business and functional partners to proactively identify, measure and analyze operational risks and to help risk owners identify effective mitigation strategies
  • Assist with operational risk assessment activities
  • Assist with Operational Risk reporting
  • Assist with control testing activities
  • Assist with the oversight and tracking of operational risk issues through to completion
